  • Orders placed after 8 AM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping times vary based on the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) and your location.

2. Carrier Delays & Tracking

  • We use major carriers like USPS and UPS for shipping. Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped. We encourage customers to monitor their tracking updates directly through the carrier’s website.

  • Most orders arrive within the 2 to 3-week timeframe, but please allow up to 30 days for delivery in rare cases of unexpected delays.

3. Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Cara Kuma Kinté Creations is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not provide international shipping.
